A Mt Pleasant doctor has a warrant out for his arrest after a seven month investigation led to charges that he over-prescribed addictive painkillers. Dr. Joseph Oesterling faces seven counts, and if convicted, could serve prison time. Oesterling has offices in Mt Pleasant and Saginaw. He has yet to be arrested at this time. His license to practice medicine in Michigan was suspended.
