The Central Michigan Chippewas were embarrassed on Monday, falling 55-10 to Tulsa in the Miami Beach Bowl. Tulsa used an explosive offense to dominate the Chippewas defense, led by quarterback Dane Evans who had five touchdowns. CMU quarterback Cooper Rush finished his collegiate career with a 241 yard, zero touchdown, three interception performance. After a season that started so promising, the Chippewas finished 6-7, their first losing season since 2011.
