A Clare County judge ordered a Bay City man to spend between 11.5 and 40 years in prison on Monday for raping an unconscious woman. 47-year-old Curtis Brashaw was charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct after pleading no contest in October. When investigators searched his phone, they found videos of him raping an unconscious woman.
