A new restaurant in Mt Pleasant should open in the next four to six weeks. The Hunter family targeted November or December to open Stir. The restaurant features contemporary Asian inspired cuisine with modern craft cocktails. Stir will be located next to Hunter’s Ale House in Union Township.
