An Isabella County judge arraigned 27-year-old Joshua Driver on a charge of arson and a probation violation. Security video taken at United Apartments appears to show Driver starting a trash dumpster fire at 5:43AM on Friday. Driver spoke to a local sheriff’s deputy moments beforehand. He’s being held on $7,000 bond.
