66-year-old Robert Nelson of Mt Pleasant entered a guilty plea on one count of receiving and attempting to receive child pornography. In exchange for the plea, prosecutors dropped a possession of child pornography charge. Nelson is set to be sentenced on September 1st at 3pm in Judge Thomas Ludington’s U.S. District Courtroom in Bay City. He faces 97 to 121 months in prison.
