Anibal Sanchez showed why the Detroit Tigers moved him into the bullpen, giving up seven runs in 4 1/3 innings in a 12-1 loss to the Cleveland Indians Tuesday night at Progressive Field. Sanchez took over Jordan Zimmermann’s spot in the rotation while he deals with a neck strain. The Tigers have now lost all eleven games against Cleveland this season. Victor Martinez drove in the Tigers lone run with a sixth inning single.
