A 30 year old man from Midland has been charged after a Monday Morning standoff after he allegedly broke into a home near Camelot and held police at bay with a shotgun. Steven Carl turner, is accused of breaking into a home in Chippewa Township & demanding either keys OR a gun from the man who lived there. He tried to escape but was bitten multiple times by the police dog. The door frame to the house was damaged & several rooms were reported in disarray.
