A former corrections officer at the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office has been charged with a seven-year felony after a grisly discovery in Saginaw County. He’s been accused of taking on a service dog, then duct-taping the dogs rear & front legs, along with it’s muzzle before shooting it three times and dumping its body in Tittabawassee Township.
