A Michigan man was arrested after allegedly stalking and impersonating a police officer. 39 year old Joseph Gene Porter, from Cadillac, was sending threatening phone calls to his ex-wife, acting as a local police officer & stating he would bomb her house. He was arrested on May 17th for his 3rd offense. His bond was set at $2,500. He’s due back in court Tuesday May 31st!
