A Lake Isabella man will serve as the director of the Department of Natural Resources under Gov.-elect Gretchen Whitmer.  Daniel Eichinger, was named yesterday afternoon. Once leaving state service, he worked for 2 years and 5 months for CMU, as associate director of leasing & regulatory affairs.
