At the My 1043 birthday party in April, Mt Pleasant Chamber of Commerce President Bret Hyble presented My 1043 GM Bob Peters with a “sweet” surprise. Bob learned that day how long the smell of frosting can linger, and just how hard blue food dye is to get off your face.
But now, it’s time for Bob’s revenge. Bret knows payback is near, but you get to decide what that will be. At the business expo on Thursday, October 6th, you get to place your money in one of three boxes. One box assures Bret gets a cake to the face. One box nets Bret a pie in the face. And one box gives him a surprise. All of the money raised goes to the My 1043 and United Way of Gratiot and Isabella Counties Fill a Mayflower food drive for local food pantries.
