NEW HOUSING DEVELOPMENT MAY BE COMING TO ALMA. The Alma City Commission will soon decide whether or not to amend its zoning map to make way for THE CHANGES. A change to the development was made by developer Ryan Smith to propose quad duplexes instead of the two, eight-unit apartment buildings after numerous public comments during a hearing last month.
