Chuck Norris says he’s giving up his action movie career to take care of his wife and campaign against what he believes are the dangers of MRI scans he says poisoned her.
As we told you, the 77-year-old martial arts star and his wife Gena recently sued medical device manufacturers over a chemical used in MRI scans. Gena Norris was given the chemical before having an MRI scan for arthritis four years ago.
She was hospitalized six times with severe pain and weakness in the weeks after the scan. A clinic in Reno, Nevada diagnosed the problem as toxicity from the MRI chemical. She received IV treatment for five months and now receives stem cell treatments.
