The bus driver accused of sexually assaulting a TCAPS student was in court Wednesday morning.
He’s charged with three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Traverse City police arrested Larry Beutler Tuesday.
Wednesday a judge set a $200,000 bond.
Beutler is accused of inappropriately touching a TCAPS student over the course of several months on a TBAISD school bus.
The Traverse Bay Area Intermediate School District contracts with Dean Transportation for school bus services.
Court documents state video from the bus shows Beutler inappropriately touching a girl three different times between June and October.
