Former Clare County probate court juvenile register Steffi Brasington could spend 90 days in jail. Brasington was arrested on March 12 for drunk driving and fleeing from police. She was given a delayed sentence for a one-year probationary period to allow her to enroll in a treatment program. If she successfully completes the treatment, she will avoid jail time. She also must pay $1,543 in fines and costs.
