A traffic stop led to the arrest of three Clare County residents on Tuesday. Magistrate Steven Worpell arraigned David Penger, Dennis Darnell and Janise Darnell on charges that include possession of meth and possession of a weapon by a felon. All three remained jailed pending bond on Wednesday night.
