44-year-old Clare County man Martin McGill faces 10 to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to assaulting an elderly man with a pipe wrench. The crime took place in October of 2016 in a park in Harrison. The victim identified two accomplices, 27-year-old Jessica Lucas and 42-year-old Brian Fodo as well. Lucas faces 34 months to 10 years in prison, and Fodo received a year in jail.
