The Mt Pleasant City Commission introduced an ordinance amendment to restrict trash pickup in residential areas and adjacent commercial areas. The amendment would restrict pickup outside of the hours of 7:00AM and 8:00PM. A public hearing was scheduled for January 23rd to discuss the ordinance.
