Isabella Man Shoots Himself In Leg

An 81 year old Isabella County resident was taken to the hospital yesterday after shooting himself. Sheriff Michael Main had this to say in a press release; “Deputies found the victim who had accidentally shot himself in the lower left leg with a medium-sized caliber handgun. Deputies rendered first aid and applied pressure to the wound until Mobile Medical Response arrived and took over patient care.”  The man’s name has not been release was flown to Saginaw’s Covenant Medical Center.
