Mt Pleasant High School’s Sean Fitzgerald was named to the 2016 Associated Press High School Division 3-4 Football All-State team. The Oilers lineman joined Breckenridge lineman Kenyon Story who made the Division 7-8 team. Sacred Heart lineman Ryan Ervin received second team Division 7-8 honors. Alma’s Anthony Humm, Vestaburg’s Jeren Smith, Sacred Heart’s Ian Ruggles and Beal City’s Kyle Yuncker and Tristan Smith all received honorable mentions in their respective divisions.
