The Union Township Board of Trustees spent Wednesday night’s meeting discussing what to focus on for next year’s budget. Using data from the township’s recent survey to residents and property owners, roads, sidewalks and lighting were seen as the top concerns. Trustee Bryan Mielke also recommended the township work on improving staff training and establishing policies to enforce best practices.
