St Louis police need your help identifying a man who propositioned two teenage girls near the Electric Department Dam over the weekend. Two 14-year-old girls walked along Main Street just after noon on Saturday when the man approached them. He asked the girls if they would like to watch him perform a sexual act on himself. The girls ran and reported the incident. He’s described as between 60 and 65 years old, heavy set with a beer belly and thinning grey or white hair.
