Jobs, work, lifestyle
(Bleakstar/ Shuttershock)

If you’re doing something you love, you’ll never work a day in your life. That’s a saying I’m sure almost everyone has heard. To be honest it is true, but how do you find a job you love, a job that fits your lifestyle. I was pondering those questions and found a nice article from bustle.com that gave nine ways to find that job.

The first step makes sense; find out what you want in life. What is important to you in a job? If you find this out the next steps are easy. Find out what is most important in the job you are looking at. Does the pay matter? Even though you may be not making the amount of money you want as long as you love your job it won’t matter. To me as long as you have enough to get by, to eat and pay your bills you’ll be fine. But that is only my opinion; you may not want to just get by. If that doesn’t fit your lifestyle or what you want in a job, go out and find that job.

Another of the steps says to find your ideal job not your dream job. The ideal job is the right job for you; you love what you’re doing and it fits the life you want and have then it is your ideal job. A dream job to me is the pinnacle of your life. It is that job and life that to me is you are making the most money you are living in a big city. That is the opposite of the ideal job to me, so look for your ideal job not the dream job.

Understanding your personality is another of the steps. Know who you are and what you like. If you’re like me and you love sports and music broadcasting sounds like the perfect job to get into. So you do the same. Find what you like, what you love and never work a day in your life.
