It always seems strange to me when I’m in a restaurant on a slow night and I think to myself “it must be rough for the staff to spend a whole shift in here and not be pulling in money” and I often think “why is it up to me to pay these people?” well Joe’s Crab Shack is testing a “No Tipping” policy at 12 of their stores.
Ensuring their staff has financial stability and a fair wage…. Menu prices will be a bit higher… but gone is the task of deciding how much to tip.
